Smoothie Mango Coconut

Nature's Charm smoothie mango coconut

 

Level of Difficulty: Simple

Prep time: 10 Minutes

Make 3-4 servings

Ingredients:

Whole Mango (Ripe and soft) or Frozen ripe mango:  1 Cup

100% Mango Juice:  1 Cup

Water:  1/4 Cup

Ice Cubes:  3 Cups

Nature’s Charm Sweetened Condensed coconut milk:  4 table spoons

Nature’s Charm Evaporated Coconut Milk (Topping):  1/2 Can

Coconut Jelly in Syrup (without syrup for Topping):  2 Table spoons

Directions:

  1. Peel the mango and use only the meat.
  2. Add mango, Mango juice, water, Sweetened condensed coconut milk and ice cubes into a smoothie blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Put the smoothie in a serving cup and pour 1-2 table spoons of Evaporated coconut milk and 1 tea spoons of coconut jelly on top for extra coconut flavor.

Note that you do not need to add coconut jelly, it is optional. But with coconut jelly, it will be much more Fancy.
