Coconut Ice Cream

Nature's Charm coconut ice cream

 

Level of Difficulty: Medium

Prep time: 45 Minutes

Refrigerate: 1-2 Hours in Freezer

Make 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

Water:  1 cup

Nature’s Charm Evaporated Coconut Milk:  1 can

Nature’s Charm pure coconut water:  1 can

Nature’s Charm Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk:  1 can

Nature’s Charm Coconut Caramel Sauce (Toppings):  2 Tea Spoons

Guar gum:  ¼ Tea Spoons

Carrageenan:  ¼ Tea Spoons

Sea Salt (to flavor):  1 pinch

Directions:

  1. At low heat, put Evaporated coconut milk, water and sweetened condensed coconut milk in a pot and stir well.
  2. Mix guar gum and carrageenan with coconut water in a separate bowl and pour the mixture into the pot. Continue to stir until boils.
  3. Once boiled, turn off the heat add some salt to flavor and rest to cool down for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour into an ice-cream machine till set.
  5. Once the ice-cream becomes harden, place it in a plastic tub and freeze it for 1-2 hours.
  6. Before serving, pour the Coconut caramel sauce on top to make a perfect touch.
  7. Enjoy it with your loved ones.
